Paulius is an economist and carbon markets professional. A former Chief Economist at Covalis Capital, he now leads verified carbon removal project development and commercialisation at Nordic Carbon Solutions. He brings experience in investment, infrastructure and European policy.

Mindaugas has over a decade of experience in agricultural investment and farm company management. He previously served as CEO and board member of Agrowill Group. He is associated with EIRA, where his focus includes farmer training, soil health and economically viable regenerative agriculture.

Hugh has more than 35 years in money markets, fixed income and institutional brokerage. He founded Instimatch Global AG, co-founded CLST AG and serves as a managing director and board member of IxNotes Global AG. His expertise includes financial infrastructure and capital formation.

Egzon leads Trees Life International’s strategy and growth. The company is developing carbon removal infrastructure using sustainably sourced biomass, decentralised pyrolysis and biochar, with digital measurement and traceability. His work connects land management with climate technology and carbon markets.

Tommaso is a trader and entrepreneur with more than ten years in financial markets. He belongs to the Future Wealth Group team and owns TIBI Consulting Sagl. His experience covers trading, investment analysis, business development and companies in several European jurisdictions.

Barry is a New York-qualified attorney, private equity professional and entrepreneur. He co-founded Viewdle, an AI company acquired by Google. A former Mandala Capital Operating Partner, he remains an adviser and serves on its fund manager’s board. His Osternova platform develops institutional investments in agriculture and climate infrastructure.

Fabian is Managing Director and Board Member at Future Wealth Group. His wider roles include IxNotes, Future Resources Global and Future Energy Global/Grow Token. He brings experience in investment, company building, data and technology driven finance.

Erwin is a Dutch regenerative and biodynamic farmer, seed producer and educator. At Horaholm, his family farm, he helped move from conventional to organic and then regenerative biodynamic farming. His work centres on soil microbiology, biodiversity, nutrient dense crops and seed production. As co-founder and chair of the Dutch Regenerative Alliance, he shares practical knowledge with farmers. He also explores soil based carbon removal and fair climate finance.

Alexander leads Trees Life International’s technical development. He works on decentralised biomass processing, biochar production and digital measurement, reporting and verification. His background combines engineering, process design and carbon accounting to support traceable carbon removal.
